All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. And you will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

Free shipping for orders over $9.99, for orders below $9.99, a $5 shipping fee applies. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently only offer standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks after shipment, for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Additionally, global shipping delays (such as holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please noted P.O. box address can not be delivered.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order at www.gleetoy.com/apps/17TRACK or www.17track.net/en. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
